Frank grew up in northern California, attended college at the University of California at Berkeley ("Cal"), then spent the next 20 years as a United States Marine. He served initially in the infantry, then returned to Berkeley as a Marine Lieutenant to earn his law degree. After graduating law school and passing the California bar exam, he served as a Judge Advocate (military attorney) and later as a Military Judge, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. While a Marine, he earned his real estate broker's license. Upon retiring from the Corps, he and his wife Lisa settled in the Temecula/Murrieta Valley to raise their children. He is the broker-owner of Sand to Sea Properties, Inc. and considers himself a "recovering attorney." He makes client service his number one focus. He has helped his clients experience the American Dream of home ownership and the thrill of owning investment property, so he has quite a contingent of "raving fans," as you can see at our Happy Clients page.
